Our founders have backgrounds in Engineering (PEng), Project Management (PMP) and Real Estate Investment / Development. Possessing these skills and extensive construction experience is why we are successful in building new and renovating old homes.

We are committed to unique, innovative architectural design through quality craftsmanship — all while ensuring affordability and unparalleled one-on-one service. Lifestyle Custom Homes will redefine your experience with your home.

The quality of the finished product and our customer’s satisfaction are the number one priorities. Our projects are a success thanks to our management team and proprietary construction techniques. Our focus is in building a few custom homes a year. We never take on more than three clients at one time. This allows us to remain dedicated to our clients every step of the way. Our Story

Luke Wywrot (P. ENG, PMP) - CEO & COO

Lukas is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and also received his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the U.S.-based Project Management Institute (PMI). Starting his first job in construction at the age of 14, Lukas left the industry to pursue a career in the Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering field. After working as a Project Lead at OPG and overseeing projects in excess of $20 million, he quickly realized that his passion for construction drove his deepest ambitions and started life as an entrepreneur in the Custom Home Building space. Armed with the technical skills and business know-how from his previous work experience, Lukas established a large, scalable real estate investment business that grew to become LCH Developments. As the company’s CEO and COO, he is responsible for new real estate development and project acquisitions, municipal approvals, construction management and operations. A registered builder with Tarion, Lukas is driven by innovative engineering and construction techniques, modern design principles and building world-class products that deliver unmatchable user experiences.

Michal Wywrot (B. COM, MSC) - President & CFO

Michal is a serial entrepreneur with an unwavering passion for real estate and real estate investing. He is the President and CFO of LCH Developments, as well as the co-founder of Lifestyle Real Estate Investments, Lifestyle Custom Homes and LCH Developments. Michal holds an Undergraduate Degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto and a Master’s Degree in Finance. With over 10 years of real estate investing and development experience, he continues to lead ongoing projects and developments for the company, overseeing all corporate financing and acquisitions and sourcing all new deals. Michal places high importance and value on his LCH team, working closely with each employee to equip them with the skills they need to grow and excel in their careers. As a forward thinker, Michal believes in staying ahead of the curve. By marrying technological innovation with his passions for architecture, design and finance, he sets out to create exceptional systems and processes that set LCH Developments apart from its competitors.

Loretto Circosta - Director of Construction

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Loretto has built an
extensive network with talented individuals who continue to push the GTA real estate game. Loretto has vast experience with managing all construction aspects and development-related contracts throughout the spectrum of single-family homes to high-rise buildings. Most importantly, Loretto is a team leader that always builds strong relationships with key stakeholders through open communication, honesty, and detailed planning. All of these qualities make it evident that Loretto is the man to handle LCH’s current construction projects and future development expansions.

Daniel Duperrouzel - Senior Project Manager

As LCH’s Senior Project Manager, Daniel has the leadership and communication expertise to see projects through to completion efficiently and generate results. But it’s his passion for construction and building science that makes him genuinely excited about the work he does with the company. As an LCH team member since late 2014, Daniel has a knack for using creativity to solve problems and keep projects moving forward on schedule and on budget. If he's not working, there’s a good chance he’s watching the Blue Jays.

Michal Konstanty - Project Manager

Michal has worked with LCH since 2013, first as a property manager for their residential holdings in Hamilton and later transitioning into the role of Project Manager. He routinely leverages his own personal 10+ years of experience in construction and renovation to build out realistic schedules and is known for doing what is necessary to meet critical milestones for project completion. A past career in Information Technology gives Michal a unique perspective into how technology can be leveraged to modernize and improve the end-product for LCH Developments’ clients.

Jack Rahman - Controller

Jack’s career as an Accountant and Bookkeeper has taken him across the world. With over 20 years of international experience across multiple industries, he has worked in India, Qatar, Oman, and Dubai. As LCH’s controller, he is best known for his ability to tackle complex problems, adapt to new challenges and roles, and manage time effectively. When he isn’t balancing the books, you can find him watching soccer and cricket or training with the ex-head coach of the Canadian Archery Team.
